Our house is located in an idyllic location, in Posιdi, Halkidiki, which combines nature and an unlimited view of the sea. Our place, in a location with enchanting sunsets, offers all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday experience, ideal to escape from the routine of everyday life. A breath away from the house you can enjoy the crystal clear waters of one of the most beautiful seas of the Aegean. The Villa is ideal for couples who want to relax , but it is also suitable for families with children. It is part of an identical houses complex The house is formed into three floors. -The 1st floor has one bedroom with a double bed and a large enhanced closet , Also there is a a spacious living room a Bathroom and washing machine . At the 1st floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen smart ANDROID IP TV with subscription and one spacious balcony. -The 2nd floor has a small bathroom , two kids bedroom with 4 Bunkbed and a large balcony . -The 3rd floor has a bathroom and a very big bedroom with a double bed ,a big closet and a spacious balcony with amazing view . -In the exterior of the house there is a big courtyard The guests will have access to the entire house. The kitchen has a big fridge/refrigerator, a modern stove, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave oven. Plates, silverware, knives, glasses, tablecloths, napkins and towels are provided, as well as blankets and sheets. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer -At a distance of 500m you can find restaurants, supermarket, bakery store, ATM and an organized beach with beach bars.

Our home are properties in a residential community populated by families . We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and ask that you treat the home and our neighbors as you would your own. We have strict policies regarding noise, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. By following these guidelines, you will ensure that your home stays in great condition for those who follow and that we uphold our values and our promise to our neighbors. We strictly enforce the following rules: * No parties * No pets (We love animals but we choose to make this home pet-free.) * No noise that can be heard from outside * No use of balcony or outdoor space after 12 p.m * No guests not named in the Rental agreement * No firearms * No drug use, including marijuana * No alcohol consumption by guests under 18 * No fireworks/hazardous materials * Please don’t use house towels to the Beach * Please if you use Sun oil ,make a shower first before you seat at living room furniture or before use beds * Furthermore, do not dispose of cigarette butts outside (including on the street, sidewalk or grass). *The house is only for 6 persons including child and that is one of the rules . . Every visitors that can not accept the rules will be canceled the reservation and will removed from house . PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS AND REST HOURS Rest hours: 23:00 - 7:30 & 15:00 - 17:30 And Last more important Rule ENJOY YOUR STAY AND SMILE
