Our home are properties in a residential community populated by families . We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and ask that you treat the home and our neighbors as you would your own. We have strict policies regarding noise, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. By following these guidelines, you will ensure that your home stays in great condition for those who follow and that we uphold our values and our promise to our neighbors. We strictly enforce the following rules: • No parties • No pets (We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free.) • No noise that can be heard from outside • No use of balcony or outdoor space after 12 p.m. • No guests not named in the Rental agreement • No firearms • No drug use, including marijuana • No alcohol consumption by guests under 18 • No fireworks/hazardous materials Furthermore, do not dispose of cigarette butts outside (including on the street, sidewalk or grassy medians). PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS AND REST HOURS Rest hours: 23:30 - 8:30 & 14:00 - 17:30 The house is only for 6 persons including child and that is one of the rules . We can accept 7th person only for child under 2 years old . Every visitors that can not accept the rules will be canceled the reservation and will removed from house . Breakages Accidents happen to the best of us. Should you break anything minor such as smash a glass or chip a plate of course we won’t charge (do just leave a note for the housekeeper if you can remember). If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later, and get everything ship shape in time for the next guests, so please do get in touch with kostas as soon as possible.
