Our house is located in an idyllic location, in Elani, Halkidiki, which combines nature and an unlimited view of the sea and OLYMBOS mountain . Our place, in a location with enchanting sunsets, offers all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday experience, ideal to escape from the routine of everyday life. A breath away from the house you can enjoy the crystal clear waters of one of the most beautiful seas of the Aegean.

The Villa is ideal for couples who want to relax , but it is also suitable for families with children. It is part of an identical houses complex The house is formed into two floors. -The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a large enhanced closet at every bedroom , Also there is a big Bathroom and a balcony with amzing view . -The 1st floor has a spacious living room with a sofa , a bedroom with a double bed ,a big bathroom , a fully equipped kitchen smart ANDROID IP TV with subscription . -In the exterior of the house there is a big courtyard -At a distance of 300m you can find restaurants, supermarket, bakery store, ATM and an organized beach with beach bars. IMPORTANT NOTICE We must inform you that the swiming pool its only availably from 1st of June until 30th of September . The house is only for 6 persons including child and that is one of the rules . Every visitors that can not accept the rules will be canceled the reservation and will removed from house .

Our home are properties in a residential community populated by families . We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and ask that you treat the home and our neighbors as you would your own. We have strict policies regarding noise, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. By following these guidelines, you will ensure that your home stays in great condition for those who follow and that we uphold our values and our promise to our neighbors. We strictly enforce the following rules: * No parties * No pets (We love animals but we choose to make this home pet-free.) * No noise that can be heard from outside * No use of balcony or outdoor space after 12 p.m. * No use Swimming pool 15:00-18:00 and after 22:00-7:30 * No guests not named in the Rental agreement * No guest at Swiming Pool * No firearms * No drug use, including marijuana * No alcohol consumption by guests under 18 * No fireworks/hazardous materials * Please don’t use house towels to the Beach * Please if you use Sun oil ,make a shower first before you seat at living room furniture or before use beds * Furthermore, do not dispose of cigarette butts outside (including on the street, sidewalk or grass). *The house is only for 6 persons including child and that is one of the rules . . Every visitors that can not accept the rules will be canceled the reservation and will removed from house . PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS AND REST HOURS Rest hours: 23:30 - 7:30 & 15:00 - 17:30 And Last more important Rule ENJOY YOUR STAY AND SMILE
